Automatic Backwash Bypass Sand Filter is consisted of a filtration system and a control system. Filtration system generally consists of the filter unit, three automatic valves, import and export pipeline, sewage pipeline. The filter unit includes a filter medium. Control system usually consists of PLC timing controller, differential pressure controller, and electromagnetic three-way valve.
Automatic Backwash Bypass Sand Filter is a high efficiency filter, It can effectively remove the suspended substance, microorganisms, and other fine particles in water. Ultimately achieve to reduce water turbidity, purify water quality.
Used in the treatment process, mainly for turbidity water treatment, reverse osmosis, and pretreatment preparation of ion exchange softening desalination system
Also used for sediment removal of surface water and underground water. Inlet turbidity less than 20 degrees, the outlet turbidity up to 3 degrees below.
It can be widely used in electronic power, petrochemical, metallurgy electroplating, paper textiles, pharmaceuticals dialysis, food and beverages, drinking water, factories and enterprises water, swimming pool. It also can meet the needs of liquid filtration in various industries.
